Trucking Company Involved in Fatal Accident Violated Safety Regulations

It is a thing we see too often. A fatality or otherwise catastrophic injury on the Kentucky roadways resulting from an accident involving a truck or tractor-trailer. The following article from the Louisville Courier Journal discusses a recent review by the Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement agency that found a local trucking company, recently involved in such an accident, had committed eight violations of Federal and State safety regulations. It is of the utmost importance that trucking companies and their employees comply with Federal and State safety regulations. When they fail to do so, or as the result of some other negligence on their part, accidents involving fatalities and/or catastrophic injuries often occur.
