Franklin Gray & White files MDL petition for Shoulder Pain Pump lawsuits

Shoulder pain pump lawsuits have been filed throughout the United States concerning individuals who have developed a condition known as post-arthroscopic glenohumeral chondrolysis of PAGCL. Franklin Gray & White has filed a petition with the Joint Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) to consolidate all cases before one judge for pre-trial proceedings.
